How Long Does Each Session Last?
I typically meet with individual clients for 50 minutes to one hour for each session. I typically meet with an individual client once per week or once every other week.
Do You Accept Insurance?
Yes! Through Alma (https://helloalma.com/) I am paneled with Optum, Cigna, Aetna [excluding Aetna CVS Health], and Anthem Blue Cross, Blue Shield of Missouri.I am also paneled with
Carelon Behavioral Health and Providence Health Plans.
Will We Meet Virtually Or In Person?
My practice is mostly virtual at the moment, but I can offer some in-person sessions. Please check in with me for more information.
I Don’t Live In Missouri. Can You Work With Me?
Legally, I can only work with adults (18 and over) who have a residential address in the state of Missouri.

Out-of-Pocket

30-minute sessions $60.00 (16-37 minutes)

45-minute sessions $90.00 (38-52 minutes)

60-minute sessions $120.00 (53-60 minutes)

Each additional 15 minutes (starting at 61 minutes-76 minutes) will be billed at $135.00
-
77 minutes-107 minutes (an additional 30 minutes) will be billed at $150.00.
